• We acquire our essential oils from organic growers and distillers who provide us with a certificate of analysis (GC/MS), specifications, and MSDS upon request.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an L&H product, simply email us or give us a call within 14 days of purchase and we will guide you in receiving a refund or credit towards another product. Shipping fees are not refunded.

If you do not find what you need, please email or call us. We’d love to hear from you and help. It is through your inquiries that we expand our inventory! We also customize the majority of our products. For example, if you have an allergy to almond oil, we’ll replace it with olive oil or jojoba oil. Organic & Wildcrafted
We use organically grown ingredients in all our products, though there are times when we don’t use certified organic ingredients, and in these cases, it’s either because we have found a source that is grown organically but uncertified, or the item is wildcrafted.

We make certain no commercial farming methods were used in cultivating the wildcrafted herbs we purchase. These herbs can’t be labeled organic, but they are in essence the most organically grown ingredients we use because they were grown wild in nature.

Pure & Unadulterated
Our skin is our largest organ and the barrier between us and the world. It absorbs whatever we put on it. We at L&H believe that if you can’t eat it, you shouldn’t be putting it on your skin. We don’t use any alcohols or harmful chemicals, harsh preservatives or synthetic fragrances. Everything we make is on a small scale, in small handcrafted batches with a conscious effort to maximize the benefits of the herb's full potential so that our products deliver phenomenal results.

Cruelty-Free
We believe in our responsibility to the earth and treating all things with kindness. We never test on animals. Only products that use potentially harmful or toxic formulas need to be tested for safety, and since all ofL&H products are created with ingredients straight from nature, testing is unnecessary.  

Truthful Labeling
A dirty little secret in the skincare industry is that companies are not required to fully disclose all of the ingredients they put into their products. We, at Lavender & Honey, believe in full transparency when it comes to what we put in our products.
