Gua Sha Stone | Rose Quartz or Jade
A simple, beautiful tool to add to your daily self-care and lymphatic support routine.
Gua Sha is a traditional practice that uses a smooth stone to gently glide across the skin. This light massage can help encourage circulation, support natural lymphatic flow, ease areas of tension, and reduce the appearance of temporary puffiness.
Use your Gua Sha stone on the face, neck, or body as part of your morning or evening routine. Pair it with your favorite facial oil, body oil, or our Lymph Mist for an easy ritual designed to encourage movement and flow.
Available in:
- Rose Quartz – Traditionally associated with soothing, calming self-care rituals.
- Jade – Traditionally used in Gua Sha practices and loved for its naturally cool, refreshing feel.
How to Use
Apply a small amount of facial or body oil to clean skin to allow the stone to glide easily. Hold the Gua Sha stone almost flat against the skin rather than digging the edge into the body.
Using very light pressure, slowly glide the stone:
- Along the sides of the neck toward the collarbone
- From the center of the face outward
- Along the jawline toward the ears
- On the arms and legs with gentle, sweeping strokes
- Over areas where you want to encourage gentle circulation and movement
For lymphatic-focused use, remember that lighter is better. The lymphatic system is close to the surface of the skin, so deep or aggressive pressure isn't necessary.
Clean your stone with mild soap and warm water after use and allow it to dry completely.
Tip: Keep your Gua Sha stone in the refrigerator for an extra-cooling, refreshing facial massage—especially nice in the morning!
For external use only. Do not use over broken, irritated, infected, or inflamed skin. Avoid areas with unexplained swelling, blood clots, or acute injury. Gua Sha is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
