Making Tinctures (Make & Take) 2024

Take your herbal medicine making to the next level! Join clinical herbalist Angie Pietraszewski in this hands-on class and learn how to make your own tinctures. Tinctures are liquid extracts made with alcohol and water to extract the medicinal properties of herbs. They are a convenient and effective way of taking herbal medicine. In this informative class, participants will make a dried plant tincture to take home. 

Angie will also discuss and demonstrate other methods to make fresh and dried plant tinctures. You will leave this class with all the information you need to make your own tinctures! Participants will go home with handouts, a tincture they started in class, and materials to strain and store the tincture.
